There's no single answer to “which laser cutter should I buy?” It depends on your volume, materials, budget, and—this is the part most people skip—what happens when something breaks.

I manage procurement for a 28-person sign and awards company. We spend about $180,000 a year on materials and outside processing, so laser buying decisions go through a cost tracker, not a wishlist.
